Michael A. Einhorn, Ph.D.

Michael A. Einhorn is an economic consultant and expert witness who specializes in intellectual property, media, entertainment, licensing,  antitrust,  and personal and commercial damages.  He received a Ph. D. in economics from Yale University.  Dr. Einhorn is the author of  the book Media, Technology, and Copyright: Integrating Law and Economics(Edward Elgar Publishers) and a former professor of economics at Rutgers University,  He has also worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Telephone Laboratories and an an Economist at the United States Department of Justice.
